Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers who book an appointment or purchase access to events with have right to full refund in case:

1. Cancellation happens 3hrs before the scheduled appointment with a consultant and 48hrs before the start of the event 

2. If is not able to honour the appointment for any reason or conduct the event

3. In case of no show by the consultant or an incomplete appointment where the consultant or convoledge terminates the call and does not book an alternate slot for the customer. In case convoledge is not able to complete an event, an alternative schedule will be provided. If the client refuses to accept the alternative appointment a full or a pro-rated refund will be issued, as per the discretion of convoledge  

4. In case the client feels dissatisfied with the consultation and raises a refund request within 24hrs of finishing the appointment

5. Refund amount can be similar or less than the booking amount, as per the terms n conditions and to the same account from where the payment was made

No refund is issued if: 


1. The cancellation request is placed within the 3hrs or 48hrs window

2. No show by the customer

3. Termination of the appointment by the customer for any reason before the completion of the slot. For fair reasons we may book an alternate appointment to finish the conversation

4. In case of technical glitches, a new slot will be allocated

5. Acts of God

We try to amicably settle all disputes in favour of the customer but in case a matter reaches the courts, it would be the courts of state of Haryana
